To "STOP NEWSOM: NO ON CRYE RECALL" — the committee that kept Crye in office. Crye survived the recall by 50 votes. Unlike the first donation, this one raises concerns independent of the pre-vote question: under §84308, a party to a proceeding is barred from making contributions to an officer for 12 months after a final decision. The IGA vote was July 25, 2023; this donation came January 4, 2024 — inside that window.
